Journey to the West- the newest crazy-fest from Stephen Chow

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a Stephen Chow film. His last couple of flicks, Shaolin Soccer and Kung-Fu Hustle, were two of the most over-the-top, craziest, action-comedies that I’ve ever seen. It seems that he hasn’t lost his touch in his newest film, Journey to the West. In the trailer below you can witness: a pig man, a really obese woman running at full speed, and a monkey-man with a spear. Check out the footage below and revel in the absurdity!

Journey to the West is due out in China next month, and will surely make it’s way to US theatres soon enough.
