Star Trek Into Darkness- seems that EW shows off the Khan Rising

Star-Trek-Into-Darkness-slider

star trek into darkness ew coverSince the editors of Entertainment Weekly seemingly don’t care about spoilers, today it looks like they outted Benedict Cumberbatch‘s character in, Star Trek Into Darkness, as being Khan. It’s been long rumored/denied that Cumberbatch was the character, but checking out the EW headline below; it seems that director J. J. Abrams was being coy about it this whole time.

As you can see, all the rumors are true. So, what does that really mean? Nothing. I was already excited about this movie, I already thought he would be Khan anyway; so it makes no difference that Cumberbatch is the ultimate villain we all knew he could be.  In addition to these new covers, there are a slew of new pictures you can see below as well.

I’m particularly found of the picture with Cumberbatch pulling a Loki. Good stuff.

Star Trek Into Darkness will be released into theatres May 17th. The film will also star: Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Zoe Saldana, John Cho, Simon Pegg, Peter WellerNoel Clarke, and Alice Eve.
