Set photos and videos have come in today from the Marc Webb sequel, The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Looks like there’s trouble brewing in NYC as what I can only guess is The Rhino plaguing New Yorkers. Cars being flipped over, the van for the Dailey Bugle Newspaper, and tons of images of the new Mary Jane Watson, played by Shailene Woodley. Check out the pics and vids below!
Am I the only one who thinks that Woodley, a) doesn’t even need to be featured in this movie at all and b) isn’t the HOT MJ that I had been always expecting. I didn’t think that Kirsten Dunst did a great job in the role, and I’m sure that Woodley will actually be a better actress than Dunst; but she’s not the smoking babe that we’ve come to expect in the comics. Amazing Spider-Man 2 will open on May 4th, 2014. The film also stars: Dane DeHaan, Andrew Garfield, Marc Webb, Emma Stone, Paul Giamatti, Jamie Foxx.
