I can just imagine some of the future episodes of the Jim Henson Creature Shop show. The contests to help create creatures for that movie/series, endless possibilities! More Farscape would be amazing! And now straight from this past weekend’s Wonder Con, Farscape creator Rockne O’Bannon has confirmed that the movie project is happening and that he is involved.

As we reported to you before, the story would pick up when John Crichton and Aeryn Sun‘s son, D’Argo now dubbed ‘Little D‘ is 19, and ready for some wild west space adventures with his parents. Don’t forget that Little D also has special powers.
It has been a decade since the last time we saw anything new from this franchise, well except for the comics. Which are actually being drafted as the base point for the script of the film! They will be adapting the comics by Keith R.A. DeCandido!
I have been enjoying O’Bannon’s latest creation on SYFY, Defiance. That show will be entering its second season this June, and I can’t wait. Keep it tooned here to DFAT for more news on this “hopeful” project!
