I’m a huge fan of the Tremors series. Where most film franchises can feel like a waste after a few films; I never felt that way with Tremors. It helps that Michael Gross comes back for all of them; but more importantly, they know what they are. They’re films about creatures coming out of the ground and killing people in PG-13 ways. It’s high cheese and high fun in these films, and the trailer for part 5 looks to continue that trend. Can’t wait!
Tremors 5: Bloodlines is directed by Don Michael Paul from a screenplay by John Whelpley, and stars Michael Gross, Jamie Kennedy, and Natalie Becker. The film is due out on Blu-ray and DVD on Oct. 6.
