Another week, another misfire for Fantastic Four. The film premiered in the 10th position at the Box Office this past weekend, further solidifying it as a Fantastic Flop. On the other hand, Straight Outta Compton is only in it’s second week and it’s #1 again, taking in another $26.7million.

The premieres of Sinister 2 and American Ultra boded well this past weekend, with them bringing in $10.6million and $5.5million respectively. Not a lot of money compared to some of the other films on this list, but then again; both of these movies cost around $10-12million to make. At least they’ll be making their money back. Unlike, the other debut of the weekend, Hitman: Agent 47. With a budget of around $45million; it’s revenue of $8.2million doesn’t bode to well for a long run in theaters.

1. Straight Outta Compton $26.7 M
2. Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation $11.7 M
3. Sinister 2 $10.6 M
4. Hitman: Agent 47 $8.2 M
5. The Man from U.N.C.L.E. $7.4 M
6. American Ultra $5.5 M
7. The Gift $4.3 M
8. Ant-Man $4 M
9. Minions $3.7 M
10. Fantastic Four $3.6 M

Next week, we have the Zak Efron film, We are Your Friends coming out. I don’t have much else to say about it, other than it looks like Straight Outta Compton will be taking in another #1 spot on the next edition of Weekend Roundup.
