This week Anita’s behavior gets more unusually peculiar and Laura is determined now more than ever to find out why.  Detective Sergeant Peter Drummond and his partner Detective Inspector Karen Voss investigate the murder at the Snyth brothel.  Leo and Max are still on the search for Mia(Anita) and learns that Niska has killed a human.  George makes an escape attempt from Vera, his new Synth upgrade, and takes Odi along with him, and Hobbs is tailgating the murder investigation at the brothel.

  • While Laura is driving Anita back to the Persona dealership, Anita saves Toby     life from getting seriously hurt by an oncoming car by putting herself in harms way.  Laura gets extremely angry at Toby for being so careless.  Joe, Mattie, and Sophie consider Anita a hero where Laura is somewhat hesitant.
  • Joe takes Anita back home, and performs an external inspection of her, meaning she has to strip down nude. Joe bashfully inspects her and finds only a couple of damaged areas.  Anita immediately repairs them.
  • At the brothel, Peter and Karen find clues as to who is the dead victim and concludes that a Synth killed the client. Peter’s boss tells them to write it up as a terrible accident, a sex game gone wrong.  Peter is upset as why his boss would allow this cover up to happen.  He says that a highly government official is outside pressuring him to do so.  Hobbs is the government official.  He claims that it would cause a panic and chaos, and that the papers would label this as “a killer Snyth at large”.  He says people are dependant on them.
  • George tries to make a break for it with Odi and leaves Vera at his house. They get into an accident on the road, and George tells Odi that if anyone sees him, he will be recycled.  He tells Odi to hide in the woods while he stages the accident like he was driving.  A group of cyclists finds him and brings George back to his house.  Odi is still in the woods waiting for him.
  • Leo and Max finally catches up to Niska, but the reunion is bittersweet. She wants to separate herself from them.  She doesn’t believe that Leo can help her and doesn’t recognize them as her family.  She walks away.
  • Niska meets a man at a bar and takes him home. She only understands that men want one thing, sex, but Greg instead wants to get to know her more, unaware that she is a Synth.  She is about to kill him with a kitchen knife when she sees pictures of his kids.  She runs out of the house.
  • Laura tries to make Joe understand that Anita is not your normal Synth, but he doesn’t buy it. She finally reads up about unusual Synth behavior online and tests it out on Anita, but she cleverly passes whatever test she gives her.
  • Anita mentions someone name Tom. Laura gets very upset and demands her to never say that name again.
  • Mattie hacks into Anita’s root code while she is charging. Suddenly Anita reacts emotionally, “I’m here, Help me, Help me!!” Anita exclaimed.  Then she reverts back to her calm emotionless expression.  Mattie freaks out.  She takes Anita’s Root Code and puts it online trying to get somebody out there to help her figure what she is.  Max locks on to this signal and tells Leo that he has found Mia.

Leo and Max are getting closer to finding Mia.  Laura and Mattie seem to be on the same page that Anita is acting very peculiar.  The identity of Hobbs is finally coming into the light, but there are still a lot of gray areas about him.  George is slowly losing his battle to keep Odi safe.  The murder of a human by a Synth is starting to create a lot of trouble for Hammond, and it is not going to get any easier for the rest of the Synths because of this.
