This week Dutch and her crew serve a Find and Rescue Warrant for one of the Nine Clans, the Lehanis Clan. They are to find a surrogate woman that carries the last remaining heir of the Lenhais Clan on Westerley and bring her to safely to Qresh.
- This episode takes the premise of Babylon. and set it on a dusty moon planet. Dutch and her crew fight their way through raiders and political red tape to bring a young surrogate and the newborn child to their new home.
- Dutch is reminded of her upbringing when she meets with the Leithian Vessels at the Monastery safe house. Their teachings and values trigger some emotional flashbacks of how she was raised.
- D’Avin tells Johnny that he is looking for a Dr. Pim Jaeger in hoping that she can help him with his PTSD from the last war.
- Dutch and her crew head into the Westerley Badlands to find the safe house. The Badlands is an area where the Company leaves behind a toxic environment after they are done stripping the place for resources.
- They find the safe house and find a very pregnant Leithian vessel, Constance, along with a few other Leithian Vessels, hiding from raiders who destroyed their primary household.
- The raiders, who actually happen to be Qresh house guards, find the safe house and tries to strong arm their way into the safe house. They kill one the nuns to prove they are serious. Constance gets taken by one the nuns and wants to trade Constance for her own life. Dutch stops her.
- Dutch and her crew are able to get the surrogates off the moon planet, Westerly, but not without a loss. One of the surrogates gave up her life in order the rest to escape.
- While on their way to Qresh, Constance is almost about to deliver, but the planet’s border patrol is refusing landing authority to them. Dutch reaches out to Delle Seyan Kendry, the one issued the Warrrant, to let them pass. But Delle changes her mind saying that Dutch’s discreet Warrant mission has gotten too much attention and doesn’t want to be connected to this anymore.
- Dutch gets furious and lands on Qresh anyway, proudly and loudly announcing in front of a large number of the Nine’s clan that she has delivered a newly born Qresh citizen to their doorsteps. Delle has no choice but to recognize their new arrival.
- Johnny tells D’Avin that their was a Dr. Pim Jaeger on Qresh, but she is gone, and not a lot of clues about where she is left.
This week we get to see more of how the Quad political system affects the social cast system on other planets. More of Dutch’s past starts to surface and Johnny’s and D’Avin brotherly relationship are slowly developing, but it is still shaky.
