Star Wars Episode VII had a lot of talk about the design of the new lightsaber. Most people thought it looked pretty cool, myself included, but there were also a lot of naysayers. According to the latest issue of Star Wars Insider, we’re about to be introduced to a new lightsaber by way of Star Wars Rebels.
You can check out the pictures below of Ezra’s new saber which is a mix of a blaster and a weapon from a more civilized age. No word if we’ll see this hybrid in Episode VII, but it’s a cool take on the old classic.
