If you are a fan of classic game then you might want to check out Good Old Games, aka GOG. They just recently put two old school Star Wars games up for sale, Special Editions of X-Wing and Tie Fighter. If you aren’t familiar with them, both titles are space fighter simulators from the 90’s by LucasArts. Both games have been digitally remastered and are available for ten bucks a piece. The also have one of the greatest Star Wars games ever, Knights of the Old Republic, along with some other classic LucasArts games.
Star Wars Battlefront is making a come back, but just not as the game that you and I remember. Looks like EA will be trying to cash in on the using the classic title’s name but giving us a whole new experience. This time around… yup you guessed it, a First-Person Shooter. But before you go pulling the arms off of a Gundark, remember that the original games gave you the option to switch between qst and 3rd person views, so look for this to be the case with the new game. Not much is known about this new project, except that it is coming out around the time of Episode VII so MAYBE this game will be featuring characters and environments from the new film!
