It’s here, it’s finally here! Fallout 4 drops this week and yours truly could not be more excited to get my hands on this title (see my recent Far Back Friday entry here).

PC Overlords who pre-ordered the title through Steam were able to begin preloading on Friday (and as of this writing, I’m halfway there, cue the Bon Jovi). The rest of you will be able to get your hands on it on Tuesday. The companion Pip-Boy app is available now if you can’t wait for your Pip-Boy Edition to arrive, but it will be limited in its functionality until the game finally launches at midnight.

Tomb Raider fans will be forced to make the difficult choice between Fallout 4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. The recent installment in the popular female-lead driven franchise will take players through Lara Croft’s investigation of myths in order to find herself after the events of the 2013 reboot Tomb Raider.

Well, unless you have a Playstation 4 or a PC, we have to wait until 2016.

In lighter fare, Wii U owners obsessed with Animal Crossing will be able to get their collective paws on Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival, which appears to be a hybrid of Mario Party and the co-op games you can play on Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the 3DS.

Initiating radio silence until next week, Towelites. If you need me, I’ll be hunting Deathclaws.
