Arrow returns tonight and I can’t wait to see the fallout from the mid-season finale! Tonight’s episode is entitled “Blast Radius” and will follow Arrow’s hunt for the man called Brother Blood! We will also see the first appearance of villain Shrapnel. But what I am looking forward to the most is the fallout between Oliver and Slade on the Island and how things got to the point where Slade wants to destroy Ollie’s life in the present. Stephen Amell teased the following about the remainder of the season in an interview with Spoiler TV:
[box_light]”We don’t say a character’s name unless that character is going to factor in. We don’t hint at something unless we’re going to pay it off. So I know that at the end of episode 14, we end in a spot where we get our first glimpse on where we are going to end after 23 episodes. That’s what I’m most excited about because I want people to see it. What we are building towards in the second season is very much one giant group on one side and one giant group on the other side and just, [a collision of groups], coming head‑to‑head. So we are populating our world in the second season for a very specific reason, and I can’t wait to see the results.” [/box_light]
