In another move to rule over everything that I’ve ever loved, Disney can not put out Indiana Jones films. Paramount signed over Indiana Jones to the Mouse House that would ensure all Indy films and marketing rights go through them. Paramount would have “final participation”, and would still hold the rights to the previous four films.
There were rumors floating around that Harrison Ford would not sign on to Star Wars: Episode VII unless he was a part of a fifth Indiana Jones film. Looks like Disney knew how to make that happens. Let’s just hope the next one has less swinging monkeys in it.
