GAME OF THRONES! Enough said, right? Yup… but there is even more.
With the season 4 trailer released, we’re about to get bombarded with everything Game of Thrones, from set pics, to more trailers, to news and to even games, like this:
The aforementioned game here is Game of Thrones: Ascent, by developer Disruptor Beam.
The game itself is nothing new, having not only made its rounds on Facebook, but having actually be considered one of the best Facebook games of the year. But with the anticipation building for season 4 (not to mention the upcoming Game of Thrones game from Telltale Games), Disruptor Beam has decided to expand their own game on mobile devices.
For those who don’t know, in Ascent you get to build your own house, in an RPG simulation Westoros. Believe in new gods and old, gather items, get richer, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. All to gain power and be one of the greater families of the realm. Best of all, you get to contribute (or receive the assistance) of friends who are also playing the game.
I have to say, despite being on Facebook daily, I hate all those online games (and if you know me, do me a favor and don’t sent me any requests). Due to this, I never got to play this game. But not that it will be coming out on iOS, I’m getting super excited.
With no release date, all we know is it’s due out in the near future… which gives me enough time t think of a family name! Better get ready, cause in the game of thrones, you either win or you die.
