This week Dutch and her crew find a way to locate Khlyen and it’s the one place they didn’t expect. The tension between the Westerlyns and the Company are rising on Westerley, and D’Avin is trying to get back into Johnny’s good graces.
- D’Avin is working as solo Killjoy on Westerly in Old Town.
- Johnny gets help from his fellow hacker, Carleen, to locate Khlyen by using Khlyen’s neuro link to track him. He tells Dutch that Khlyen has been hiding at the RAC Headquarters on the top level.
- Dutch is having doubts about going after Khlyen. She has been having flashbacks of good memories of her and Khlyen when she was a child. Johnny tells her that whatever she decides, he will support her.
- She decides to go after him with the help of D’Avin.
- At the RAC facility, D’Avin’s plan is to dissolve his Killjoy status in order to give Dutch and Johnny time to find Khlyen.
- While interrogating D’Avin, Turin asks him about RED 17 and Dutch’s connection with it.
- Johnny is able to power down the RAC facility for Dutch to reach Level 71 where Khlyen is located.
- Dutch finally reach Khlyen. It’s a bittersweet reunion. They fight until they are interrupted by a RAC security guard.
- Dutch gets some of her questions answered. Khlyen has been a top level RAC agent for a very long time. He knew that Dutch was ready to continue his work when she took a Level Five Kill warrant a while back.
- Dutch finds a way to escape.
- Johnny and D’Avin meet up at the RAC space dock waiting for Dutch. They can’t leave because the security lockdown has been initiated and no spaceship can leave the RAC. Dutch meets up with them, but releases Lucy without her on the ship.
- Turin, Dutch’s boss catches up to her and shoots her, claiming she is not who she says she is and he is going to get the bottom of this. Khlyen kills him and takes her to a shuttle pod for her leave the facility. Dutch asks him who he is? He tells her he is a Level Six Killjoy. Dutch remembers telling D’Avin before that Level Six Killjoys do not exist, now she is unsure anymore.
- Back on Westerly, Alvis, a religious Scarback gets arrested for the Leith Bazaar Massacre. The anger and frustration among the Westerlyns start to boil over against the Company.
- Dutch meets up with D’Avin and Johnny at the Royale bar. Dutch tells D’Avin that Khlyen told her that he is a Level Six Killjoy. D’Avin doesn’t believe that and tells her that Khlyen is trying to mess with her head. But she somehow believes Khlyen.
Next week, The Company makes their move against the Westerlyns and all hell is going to break loose. Khlyen is still alive and more dangerous than ever.
