Marvel is really hitting the ground running with animated series aimed at children lately. I’m sure it’s to compete with the DC Superhero Girlsl which are KILLING it; but so far we have the announcement of Marvel Rising and now Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. While the former will be a series of digital shorts, this new series will likely be on Disney’s new streaming platform coming in 2019. Laurence Fishburne will be producing the show that centers around an African-American nine-year-old and her dinosaur friend. I love that we’re getting more female-driven shows aimed at kids and can’t wait t see how the series pans out!
