Towelites! It’s been an exciting weekend Hollywood wise, even our favorite Marvel Studios movies got a big announcement during the show! So let’s get started!
There has been talk of some major Captain America news dropping soon, could this be it? During last nights Oscars show the following ad was shown! The upcoming arc leading up to Cap 2 will be called Uprising!
Is this merely a promo for the upcoming movie and the return of the TV show, or is there something more there?! The show crossed paths with Thor: The Dark World when that movie hit theaters, so there will definitely be some tie in. BUT since Cap 2 is much more S.H.I.E.L.D. orientated will we be treated to something more?! I hope so! Don’t forget that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns on ABC tomorrow night!

Thomas Kretschmann was cast as the classic Marvel villain Baron Von Strucker back in January. Now we are finding out that he has signed up for more than just one film! Could it be that we will see him in a larger villain role in an upcoming film, or maybe on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? Remember that Kretschmann is currently on TV, on NBC’s Dracula, so it’s not a far stretch!
