Some interesting details have come out of SDCC in regards to the Captain Marvel movie. Surprisingly it will be set in the 90’s. I think that this is a good move to introduce the character on her own and establish what has already happened without getting all caught up in the current events of the Marvel movie-verse. The biggest news though is that the Skrulls will finally be making their big screen debut! Does this mean that we will eventually hear rumblings or straight out see the Kree-Skrull War?! We can only pray!
Two new actors have joined the ranks of the Ant-man and The Wasp film, Michelle Pfeiffer and Laurence Fishburne who will be playing Janet Van Dyne and Bill Foster respectively. It is exciting that the cast has finally been rounded out and in such fashion. Both actors are filling big shoes when it comes to the mythos of the Marvel Universe.
A stunning new Black Panther poster has emerged out SDCC and it just makes me wish it was 2018! This is one of my most anticipated movies of 2018 and it is only kicking off what will be a stellar year for Marvel!
