Good morning pursuers of plastic! Let’s see what’s new or coming soon in the wide world of collectibles!
Though I wish these were in 1/12th scale, I don’t need another line to collect. I love the games and I think that Hiya Toys is doing a pretty good job with the various licenses they are making 1/18th scale figures of. Check out the upcoming Injustice 2 Superman (Enhanced Edition) 1/18th scale action figure which is now available for pre-order over on our affiliate site Entertainment Earth!
I was a huge Kenner fan back in the day and these tribute figures from NECA are some of my favorite action figures to date. I believe that Predator is also their longest running line. NECA revealed the official packaging for their Ultimate Laser Shot Predator which should be out soon and can be pre-ordered over on our affiliate site Entertainment Earth!
Well they did it. Super 7 has made a lot of Thundercats fans very happy, myself included. Back when Mattel started to produce these Four Horsemen Studios sculpted beauties, they were only available through MattyCollector. The club of course was cut short, as was usual Mattel fashion, and I and MANY others found ourselves with an incomplete team. For a while there I really didn’t think this was going to happen and even Super 7 said it probably would not, but here we are. Super 7 has changed their usual ways and will be making the new Thundercats Ultimates available for individual sale. Here’s the catch, they are $45 a piece. That’s pretty steep to be honest, and I’ll pony up those funds to buy the remaining figures I need to feel satisfied but still… Another good move on their part is getting the figures that we’re already released out of the way. No sooner than they announced the new series, the four figure set consisting of Lion-O, Panthro, Mumm-ra and Jackalman were put up for pre-order. So head on over to the Super 7 Official Webstore now to get your shop on!
You all knew it was coming. The question now is, will it sell? After the new Hellboy movie bombed and I’m sure not many of the regular version of the figure sold, is there hope that this Previews Exclusive one will do any better? I still need to watch the movie before making any more judgments. You can of course, if you want to, pre-order the Mezco One:12 Collective PX Hellboy on our affiliate site Entertainment Earth!
I love DST‘s partnership with Gentle Giant and I need to add this beautiful Wolverine statue to my shelf immediately! The Marvel Wolverine ’74 Collector’s Gallery is available now over on the Gentle Giant Official Webstore!
Lastly today, something that most of us will never get our hands on, Iron Studios has officially previewed their upcoming 1989 Batman & Batmobile 1/10th scale diorama.
