Not that Ghost Rider! The other one. NO, the other OTHER one. Robbie Reyes is one of the newest additions to the Marvel Universe who dons the mantle of the Ghost Rider. He now is also the latest character to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the fourth season of Agents of SHIELD.
Announced at SDCC by Marvel, Gabriel Luna (True Detective) will play Reyes who is a mechanic from LA who through tragic events becomes the iconic character. It is interesting that Marvel has decided to introduce the concept Ghost Rider is this manner as many people have been waiting for announcement for a Netflix show based on the original Johnny Blaze. As Agents of SHIELD enters its fourth season it has been bumped to the 10pm slot, which many people call the death slot. It will allow the show to take a darker tone and deal with more mature issues BUT it is almost inevitable that this may be the shows last season.
