Happy New Years everyone! Hope 2015 has started off well for you. Nothing special in the Blu-ray world today, but I guess that’s a good thing, considering these holidays always have extra expenses anyway.
Highlight of the week is probably Horns starring Daniel Radcliffe. Reviews were mixed for this, so proceed at your own risk.
Get On Up, the James Brown biopic starring the Black Panther himself, Chadwick Boseman, hits Blu today. Anyone see this one in theaters? Kind of interested in checking it out.

Boyhood seemed to have mostly favorable reviews, though I have not even heard of it and have no idea what this is all about.
What’s funny is the movies Nicholas Cage comes out with these days, like Left Behind. I assume this was straight to blu-ray release, right? Did anyone see this come out in the theaters? Seriously, even the cover looks like a joke… just look at him. It’s hilarious.
TV has more to offer with season 3 of Girls, season 5 of Glee and best of all, season 5 of Archer!
I know we have at least one great film next week, so check back in next week.
