Everything is awesome when it’s Tuesday and we get some new releases to watch from the comfort of our couches. Not too crazy on the new release side of things but a lot of classics are getting the 4K treatment!
The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part (4K, Blu-ray, DVD)
Every time I promise myself that I will see a movie in 3D at the theater, especially being animated, I usually don’t follow through and I get disappointed. You know it looks so much better at the theater! I’ll check this one out anyways of course.
Better Call Saul S4 (Blu-ray, DVD, Digital)
The Breaking Bad break-off, sorry spin-off series, sees its season 4 release. Do people actually buy the physical versions of shows still these days?
Forrest Gump (4K)
Now to the classics, there are a few movies that I would love to watch in ultra high def. Forrest Gump is a classic and a movie-making benchmark. Why not enjoy it in all of its glory?!
Hellboy II: The Golden Army (4K)
If you weren’t a fan of the new Hellboy you could just go back and enjoy the Hellboy that already worked. The second Guillermo Del Toro helmed superhero flick probably looks glorious in super HD!!
Black Hawk Down (4K)
Another movie that should be viewed in this format. I’m a big fan of these type of war movies and this movie really hit the mark. This may be another one I pick up!
Backdraft (4K)
A Ron Howard classic, AND ANOTHER MOVIE THAT WILL LOOK AMAZING IN 4K!!! Just give me Willow 4K already,
Hannibal (4K)
Lastly you can enjoy all the human-eating escapades you want IN 4K!!! Ha, just kidding. Unless you’re actually into all that…
