The Avengers have finally met their match with John Wick 3: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. The action franchise shot its way past the competition by earning $57 million. Worldwide the film has already earned over $92 million. Those numbers were enough to drop Avengers: Endgame to the #2 spot, while it creeps closer to overtaking Avatar by making $2.54B in one month.
Newcomer A Dog’s Journey arrived below expectations with an $8 million debut. Director Ry Russo-Young‘s adaption The Sun Is Also A Star also appears to be ill-received, arriving in eighth place with $2.6 millon. The rest of the Top Ten are below.
